How to Make the 3D Printable Bunny Craft

Materials:

White Card Stock or Paper for Printing
A Favorite Coloring Medium
Glue Stick
Scissors

Let’s Make a Bunny!

Imagine featuring two 3D Bunnies and a colored (pink), unmade bunny template.

Step 1: Use a favorite medium to color in the Bunny

The bunny template is an open invitation for children to get creative with their coloring!

Using a favorite medium (or exploring something new), whether that’s crayons, pencils, marker pens or even paint, the bunny can be colored in all sorts of wonderful colors and patterns.

Maybe children could take inspiration from a favorite fictional bunny (Peter Rabbit), a pet or simply run with their imaginations.

Step 2: Cut the Bunny Template out and forward fold the bunny’s feet.

Using the dotted lines on the template for guidance, fold the bunny’s feet forwards.

Step 3: Apply a generous spread of the glue to the flap and join the back legs.

Gently bend the back legs to join and create a cute round bunny.

Step 4: Affix the tail to the bunny’s back legs.

Fold the tail along the top line of the little square and apply a generous onto the square.

And then attach the tail to the bunny’s back legs.

The 3D printable bunny craft is complete!

These printable bunnies are not only really easy to make, they’re also perfect for imaginative play and can be paired with lots of Easter themed books to help bring the characters to life.
