Use a favorite coloring medium to color in the template.

Kids can use a variety of coloring mediums such as crayons, markers, colored pencils, and watercolors to creatively fill in the ghosty elements.

Being a fairly trendy vampire, Arty Crafty Kids can get creative with color combinations and even add their own patterns to the design.

Step 2: Cutting out the vampire elements and coloring the back of the vampire's cape.

Step 2: Cut out the vampire elements.

Once the template is colored in, carefully cut out the template elements.

Next, turn the vampire cape over and color it in black.

Step 3: Folding the cape along the solid black lines.

Step 3: Add folds to the cape.

Fold along each of the black lines within the folds of the vampire’s cape. This will enable the cape to open and close to reveal the vampire.

Step 4: Affixing the vampire within the cape.

Step 4: Glue the Vampire to the cape.

Try to align the vampire’s cape and shirt collars with the arms on the cape.

Step 5: Hanging the bats from the vampire's hand within the cape.

Step 5: Affix the bats within the vampire’s cape.

Either glue the bats directly to the vampire’s cape OR attach them to a piece of string to give them movement.
